The end of the 2012-2013 school year brings the retirement of Mr. Thomas Swinford.  Mr. Swinford has been a key member to the RHHS Counseling Staff since 2005.  Mr. Swinford will be greatly missed at RHHS.  The RHHS Counseling Department congradulates Mr. Swinford on his retirement and wishes him many happy years BBQing, chasing squirrels our of his garden, and spending time with Mrs. Swinford.

EOCT 

  All students are administered an End of Course Test (EOCT) at the end of 9th Grade English, American Lit/Comp, Biology, Physical Science, U. S. History, Economics, Math 1 and Math 2.  The EOCT = 20% of the course grade for 9th, 10th & 11th grade students (2013-14 school year).  The EOCT = 15% of the course grade for 12th grade students.
